Raita - yoghurt dip
Serves 4-6

This lovely dip is traditionally used as an accompaniment to curries, but is also good with falafels, salad and pitta - amongst other things!
- 1 tub Sojasun dairy-free yogurt, or half a tub of plain Alpro Yofu
- 1-2 tbsp soya or other dairy-free milk
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- Quarter of a cucumber, grated
- Salt to taste
- Optional: large pinch of cumin powder or garam masala
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add more dairy-free milk if the mixture is too thick, making sure you stir in thoroughly.
- Chill and serve.
