Welsh Veggie Show here we come!!

Jane & Piggles headed to Cardiff today for a photocall - to promote Viva!'s Welsh Veggie Show at St David's Hall this coming Saturday. Great fun!

The Show's organising team is on it 24/7 (or at least, that's what it feels like) and we've got stallholders, food donations and all sorts coming out of our ears.

Whether you're a raging carnivore with an open mind, a meat reducer, an environmentalist, a healthy eater, a free-from consumer, a veggie or vegan - or if you just like good food and ideas - come along. It's all FREE, so what have you got to lose?

We've got
Free entry
40 stalls - merchandise, campaign groups, free food stalls
talks on everything from nutrition to the environment
cookery demos  with Jane and two local chefs
LOTS of free food (including chocolate and cake...)

It's going to be a brilliant day! We hope you'll join us.
